Everyone is well acquainted with Nargis, whether they watch stage shows and films or not. After working for 20 years in Lollywood and on stage Nargis has decided to call it quits and wants to be a religious scholar. Nargis called a press conference at her residence in Lahore and told the media that she wanted to leave showbiz for a very long time now but she needed money to pay off some debts and establish her salon so she could not act on her decision earlier.
Nargis hoped that other women who followed her lead in showbiz will follow her on the path of religion too. She rejected accusations of getting Juna Butt killed and swore on the Quran as well. She also said that she was fed up of all the allegations against her and wanted nothing but the best for everybody. She wants to spend more time with her family and concentrate on her religion.
Turning to religion is a good decision for every Muslim and we wish Nargis all the best.
