Step by Step Tutorial:
1) Sign up for Payoneer Account and submit your Correct information including your correct NIC No.
2) Then Sign up for Paypal with incorrect details fictitious address and name.
3) Now Load some $100 amount directly from someones credit card to your Payoneer Account, After that your payoneer A/C. it will be fully activated and approved.
4) Now Login to your Paypal A/C and Add Payoneer Master Card in your Profile.
5) After that you can transfer all Your money from Paypal to Payoneer and Simply using your Payoneer Card you can go to any ATM in Pakistan and get your cash out.
6) in the mean time simply send an email with required documents to payoneer to apply for Virtual US Bank Account,
7) After 2-3 Transactions in your Paypal your Virtual US Bank Account will automatically approve.
