It wasn't just Zebu who managed to get a good night's sleep with all that was weighing on her mind but Rohail slept quite peacefully too and not only that he also woke up with a big smile on his face. So, is it okay for a wife to walk out on her husband on the night of their wedding? I am glad though that the two of them decided to talk about the matter in the coffee shop, Rohail had no issues with whatever Zaibu had to say, his only concern was his mother and what she might think! So, Rohail and Zebu are off to Turkey on urgent basis since that is the way Zaibu wants things to be, but do you really get a Turkish Visa that quick? Honestly speaking I have no clue but I thought it was rather odd, getting up and leaving for another country just like that. Zebu obviously can't wait to take revenge from Rohail and in order to do that she has to be out of Pakistan, away from her family. I wonder what she has in store. Mehru's conversation about Zindagi not being a Khel suggested that what Zebu is doing is her idea of a childish adventure, God she needs to grow up.
Mehru's sermons continued through-out the episode. She started off with telling Rohail what a great girl Zebu was and that she hoped and prayed that he won't be getting fed up of Zebu's childish ways, a very strange thing to say to your sister's husband. She had lots to say to Zebu too and Major Mansoor was not spared either. Mehru finally decided to apologize to Rohail for all that happened and Rohail's response showed that he is a true gentleman. I feel sorry for the poor guy, he has no clue what is coming his way. But something tells me he is going to be very patient about it all. Resham was great in the scene where she is collecting Zebu's things from her room; I guess that was just about the only part of the play that made me relate to it.
Bilal mustered up the strength to meet Major Mansoor himself since his father thinks it is not a good idea and won't go ahead with it. The conversation between the two suggested that Major Mansoor is a true Chaudry at heart and won't be marrying his daughter off to a Nai's son. Bilal's dialogues about how Chaudhry's can eat food made by Nai's but not shake hands with them fell flat soon enough. While Chaudry Sb has good reasons to be caste conscious, Deenga and his wife seem to be even more so!
Just like the last episode, this one too did not have much to offer. All that happened today was that Rohail and Zaibu decided to leave for Turkey and Bilal met Mehru's father. Ashk till now has proved to be all sizzle and no steak.
Now for the filmi dialogue from today's episode;
"Mard Ki Mohabat Dum Tor Deti Hai Jub Aurat Us Ka Pait Nahi Bharti" (Mehru to Zaibu)
Well, actually this was a very long sermon and all of it should be quoted here but I just the quoted the "best" part. Talk about underestimating a "mard", surely this is not true.
